Western New York State Senator Robert Ortt will continue to face charges connected to alleged campaign finance violations.
A judge upheld the felony charges against Ortt yesterday, ruling he had a chance to fight evidence presented to a grand jury.
The Republican is accused of padding his salary with payments from the Niagara County Republican Committee. Ortt claims the charges are politically motivated.
