The son of one of the suspects in the death of Craig Rideout has been indicted on child porn charges.
Theodore Tucci was indicted Friday by a Grand Jury on five counts of possession of a sexual performance of a child under the age of 16.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says the 20-year-old was arrested last December, after they found multiple images and videos showing underage sexual conduct. This occurred while they were investigating his father Paul Tucci, who is one of the four people facing murder charges in the July 2016 death of Craig Rideout.
