State police have ticketed a motorcyclist from Greece who was involved in an accident that injured him, another biker, and two drivers.
It happened yesterday evening on Route 104, near 590, in Irondequoit. Troopers say Robert Kitchen was speeding and struck the back of an SUV. He was thrown off the motorcycle, and another driver swerved to avoid hitting him. But that driver struck a second motorcyclist, Hakila Phillips of Rochester.
Kitchen was cited for speeding, unlicensed operation and operating without a required ignition interlock device.
