A date is set for the corruption trial of a former aide to Governor Cuomo.
A federal judge has set the trial of Joseph Percoco and seven others to begin the day before Halloween.
Several of the defendants have asked to appear in a separate trial -- due to the size and complexity of the case. The judge said if she decides to break the case into two trials, the second will begin in January.
