Penfield Man Facing Charges Following Domestic Dispute

A Penfield man is locked up after allegedly beating and choking the mother of his 2-year-old child.

Monroe County Sheriff deputies were called to Skyview Drive on Wednesday for a domestic violence call, and upon arriving found a female victim with visible injuries.

The woman said a couple days before, she was arguing with her boyfriend Bradley Grayson, when he punched her multiple times and strangled her to the point of passing out.

When she tried to call for help, the victim said Grayson took her phone away. The incident also took place while their toddler and Grayson's mother were in another room in the home.

Grayson is charged with assault, strangulation and criminal mischief.
