The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public’s help locating Cedrick Lamont Mitchell who recently came to the Rochester area from Sarasota, Florida.
Mitchell is wanted for first degree kidnapping and second degree assault by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. He is also wanted by Florida authorities for assault.
Authorities say over the last several days he was staying outside 448 Hawley Street and 302 Adams Street in a silver Dodge Caravan. Anyone with information on Mitchell is asked to call 911.
