Brighton police have made an arrest in a hit-and-run Friday night that seriously injured pedestrian Destiny Forbes.
Police say 28-year-old Tommy Jackson, not his 90-year-old foster father, was driving the SUV that hit Forbes on South Clinton Avenue.
Jackson is charged with leaving the scene, making a false written statement, and driving without a license.
