Today is the day we expect to get a ruling on allegations Rochester Judge Leticia Astacio violated the terms of her DWI sentence.
She turned down a plea deal earlier this month.She is accused of trying to bypass the ignition interlock device on her car and is alleged to have been drinking just prior to an encounter with a security guard at a Henrietta restaurant last fall.
Canandaigua Judge Stephen Aronson will be issuing the ruling on the case.
