The Seneca Nation is preparing to make its final revenue sharing payment from its casinos.
The nation says they're paid up for casinos in Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Salamanca under the compact signed in 2002.
New York State officials say, however, the Senecas should be sharing revenues through 2023 under an addition to the original pact. Niagara Falls and Buffalo stand to lose millions of dollars a year if the revenue sharing payments stop.
