Former Rochester Red Wings General Manager Bob Drew Passes Away

Former Rochester Red Wings General Manager Bob Drew has passed away at his home in Florida after a brief battle with cancer.

He was 80 years old. Drew was the broadcaster who called the longest professional baseball game in history -- the 33-inning affair between the Red Wings and Pawtucket Red Sox in 1981.

His taped broadcast, score book and other memorabilia are on display at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.
