Rochester police say a 19-year-old will be arraigned today on a gun charge following a traffic stop downtown.
Police say it happened around 5:30 yesterday afternoon on Liberty Pole Way, near Andrews Street.
The three people in the vehicle ran into a nearby apartment building, leaving a handgun behind. A search of the building led to the arrest of Samuel Wyatt.
