At today's hearing, three of the four defendants requested separate trials.
Another hearing is schedule for May 18th. Judge Thomas Moran will make a ruling on how the four defendants will be tried at that time.

A court appearance is set for today for the people charged with murder in the death last year of a Penfield man.
Laura Rideout, her adult sons, and her boyfriend Paul Tucci are scheduled for a motions hearing.
They are charged in the death last July of Laura Rideout's estranged husband, Craig. Authorities believe he was killed in his home before his body was found the following day in a wooded area in Yates County.
