A man is facing charges after police say he was driving drunk during the snow storm.
State Police say they pulled over Lawrence Temperato II on Route 20A in Geneseo Tuesday night, while crews were working frantically to clear roads.
State Police say they were responding to a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver on Route Five in Lima.
Police say he was found to have a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit.
He's due in Geneseo court next month.
