Canandaigua Police have charged a 21-year-old man with criminal possession of marijuana, after finding his indoor marijuana farm at the Camelot Square Apartments. Zachary A.J. Foe was caught while police were investigating an unrelated issue and found the plants. They seized more than eight ounces of the drug and took Foe into custody. He's being held on $3,000 bail.
