Two teens have been arrested in connection with the beating of a man outside a gas station on Norton Street in Rochester last month that was caught on camera.
Police say they have arrested 18-year-old Peter Phung and 18-year-old Jordan Thomas in connection with the beating of David Antonetti on February 11th.
The two have been charged with robbery, assault and grand larceny.
