Rochester Judge Leticia Astacio is due back in court again today.
She was in court on Friday for allegations that she violated conditions of her release from her DWI conviction.
Prosecutors say Astacio repeatedly violated conditions of her release. During a hearing Friday, she turned down a plea deal on the violations.
Astacio's been relieved of her judicial duties for some time, but she still has her title and her salary.
