Sentencing Set for Man Who Admitted Causing Deadly Christmas Eve Crash

Sentencing is set for Tuesday morning for the illegal immigrant who admitted causing a deadly Christmas Eve crash in Clarkson in 2015.

Efrain Lopez-Contreras pleaded guilty last month to vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and DWI.

The head-on crash fatally injured 14-year-old Giana Bartolucci and injured her father -- Pastor Tony Bartolucci -- as they drove to get a Christmas tree.

Lopez-Contreras faces 6 to 18 years in prison and is expected to be deported to Mexico after he is released.
