Drunk Driver in Fatal Irondequoit Crash Sentenced

A Rochester man who admitted driving drunk in a crash that killed an Irondequoit woman was sentenced to two-and-a-third to seven years in prison. Terry Blue pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including manslaughter, driving while intoxicated with two child passengers, vehicular homicide and reckless driving. The crash last June 2 on East Ridge Road killed 87-year-old Beatrice Polizzi. Prosecutors say Blue was driving with a 15-year-old child and a 7-month-old child in his car.
