Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio may be in more trouble. She faces new allegations she violated the terms of her DWI sentence. According to a deposition, a security guard at the Papaya restaurant at Marketplace Mall said Astacio appeared to be drunk in November when she and some other women allegedly refused to leave an employee restroom. Her lawyer said she was not drinking. The encounter happened just days after she acknowledged in court that she had been drinking and set off the interlock device in her car. It was also just days before photos surfaced appearing to show her at a drinking party. Astacio has been stripped of her judicial duties and isn't allowed in non-public areas of the county's judicial buildings. Astacio will continue to collect her $173,700 annual salary.
