Rochester N.Y.-Wegmans says stalled contract talks with its distribution and transportation workers will resume Monday.

The company says the sticky issues are wages and retirement benefits. The company says the workers participate in the New York State Teamsters Conference Pension and Retirement Fund, which Wegmans says is underfunded. The company is proposing switching the workers to its own retirement plan and says doing so will give them a more secure retirement benefit.

Union members have been picketing at Wegmans today.
