Rochester N.Y.-Jury deliberations could begin as soon as today in the murder trial of Michael Pilato.

Closing argument will be delivered in Monroe County Court Wednesday morning.

The Webster teenager is accused of setting the house fire that killed his father and two brothers in December 2011.

Prosecutors Tuesday called an expert medical witness to rebut a defense psychiatrist who testified she believes Pilato was in the middle of an Extreme Emotion Disturbance when the fire was set. The defense testimony is a bid for a conviction on the lesser charge of manslaughter.

Prosecution expert Dr. R.P. Singh testified that he does not believe Pilato suffered any form of E-E-D.
