A Texas city is issuing fines to residents who violate the stay-at-home order or do not cover their faces while grocery shopping.
Laredo officials voted last night to stiffen restrictions to try and slow the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
The city is under a curfew that starts nightly at 10PM and ends at 5AM the next morning.
Anyone outside their homes during those times must have a letter and ID from their employer showing they are essential.
The face coverings are mandatory in government buildings, offices and grocery stores. They are not required while driving your car.
