A woman who complained to the state that Monroe County Legislator Ernest Flagler-Mitchell offered to help her regain custody of her children in exchange for sex -- in his legislature office -- has now filed a complaint claiming that Monroe County Legislator Rachel Barnhart gave her name to a television reporter. The woman, the victim of alleged sexual misconduct, did not want to be publicly identified -- in part so as not to endanger her efforts to get her children back. The woman claims that Barnhart gave a television reporter her name, on condition that the reporter not disclose that Barnhart had been the source. The reporter later told the woman that Barnhart had been the source, the complaint states.
