Rochester Man Sentenced For Receiving Child Pornography

posted by Newsradio WHAM 1180 -

Federal prosecutors say a 28-year-old Rochester man has been sentenced to five years in prison after being convicted last year of receiving child pornography.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says  Faycal Taouzinet was arrested after the mother of a 13-year-old found her child was communicating with two men.

Police went over the child's cell phone and found one of the men was Taouzinet, who was a clerk at a local corner store. Police found he'd been exchanging explicit text messages and the minor had sent him explicit photos.
