Rochester Man Pleads to Weapons Charges Connected to 2022 Homicide

There's been a guilty plea to a weapons charge after amass shooting at a rented home on Illinois Street back in 2022

One person was killed and four others were injured in the shootings, at an Airbnb rented out for the taping of a music video.

Police say 20 rounds rang out that December night.

Davonte Lippens was originally charged with assault, but pleaded guilty to a weapons charge on Thursday after several guns were recovered in nearby houses.

24-year-old Jahkeem Douglas died in the shooting.

Four other men were struck and survived.

One of those injured, Martin Gibson, was charged with Douglas's death, but he pleaded guilty to manslaughter and awaits his sentence.
