Rochester Police say there has been an arrest in the beating of a nurse as she left work last week outside Highland Hospital.
45-year-old Robert White allegedly attacked a 60-year-old nurse as she left for her car last Thursday.
He was taken in last night by state police during a traffic stop, and is charged with two counts of Assault in the 2nd Degree
Police say he had a dispute inside the hospital with staff, and later beat the uninvolved nurse in the lot.
White was also served with an outstanding arrest warrant for Assault and harassmnent stemming from an incident with two security guards at an apartment building in January.
