Two Greece men convicted of working a million-dollar retail theft ring at a pawn shop have been sentenced in federal court to 14 months in prison.
34-year-old James Civiletti was convicted of conspiracy to transport stolen goods.
20-year-old Chad Lewis Jr. was convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Three other co-defendants, Amanda Reeves, Shabon Banks and Dominic Sprague, were also convicted and await sentencing.
Prosecutors say Civiletti ran New York Gold Diamond Pawn Shop, owned by Sprague.
The co-defendants would steal things from store shelves and sell them to the pawn shop at low prices.
Civiletti and Sprague would then wait and have them resold on Ebay as if they weren't redeemed, with a total loss to the victim stores of $1.16 million.
