A domestic incident in Henrietta last night ended with multiple people stabbed, a convicted felon back behind bars, and Monroe County Deputies with a chaotic story to unravel.
The sheriff's office says a Rochester man and woman, 33-year-old Kamel Lofton and 21-year-old Azaria Hester, drove up to a house on Reids Grove and attacked a victim standing in the driveway with knives.
The victim ran inside and grabbed a kitchen knife, then returned to the fight.
Deputies say 31-year-old Lareeka Lofton of Sweden and a 15-year-old tried to stop the fight, but both were slashed with knives.
Lofton then got into her car and tried to run the attackers down, but was unsuccessful.
She tried to drive away but was pulled over by arriving deputies.
The two assailants were stopped while driving to Strong Hospital and a child was found inside their car.
Child Protective Services was notified.
The original assailants, Lofton and Hester, were both charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Larkeeka Lofton was charged with reckless endangerment and released.
Kamel Lofton is in jail on $5,000 bail, and Azaria Hester is out of jail but wearing an ankle bracelet.
