Rochester Man Acquitted of Murder Sentenced on Weapons Charges

A Rochester man acquitted of murder, but guilty of weapons charges will serve 23 years to life in prison

Prosecutors had said 35-year-old Bradford Clark Junior shot 32-year-old Akeem Wagstaff to death in June of last year at Wagstaff's home on Michigan Street.

However, a jury found him not guilty of 2nd-degree murder in April.

Clark was already on parole for assault in connection with a deadly robbery in 2014
