A Rochester man will spend the next five years in prison after being sentenced on federal arson charges.
Federal prosecutors say 38-year-old Jermaine Fields pleaded guilty to setting the Abundance Co-Op Market fire a year ago in April.
The fire was set in the men's room of the market, and firefighters arrived to find burn damage to the floor and one of the walls.
Security camera footage showed Fields entering the bathroom just before the fire was discovered.
Fields also admitted setting papers on fire in a stairwell of the Hall of Justice in Rochester.
