UPDATE: Woman Killed in Livingston County Pedestrian Accident Identified

UPDATE: The victim of Tuesday's fatal pedestrian accident in Livingston County has been identified.

Troopers say 63-year-old Nadine Osuch of Amherst was killed while crossing Main Street in York.

Meantime, the state Attorney General's Office is now investigating, as off-duty State Park Police Officer Brian Royston of Greece has been identified as the driver.

He was off-duty and in his personal car at the time.

One woman is dead, after a pedestrian accident in Livingston County.

Troopers say the 63-year-old was hit by a car shortly before 8 last night on Main Street in York.

She was dead at the scene.

The victim hasn't been named.

The driver cooperated with police and was not drunk or high at the time.
