An Allegany County man is facing charges in a year-old fatal crash in Steuben County.
Lukas Ellsessor of Angelica is charged with vehicular manslaughter, reckless endangerment, and impaired driving.
Troopers say he rolled his minivan while passing another car on Route 371 in Cohocton in July of last year.
26-year-old Adrian Gregory-Kielbasa of Angelica was thrown from the van and died at the scene.
