A teen is facing charges, after allegedly stealing a car from the Rochester General Hospital parking lot and leading a chase.
Police say the 15-year-old plowed into another car at Genesee and Seward streets.
Two women inside had to be taken to the hospital to be checked out.
Officers were able to use spike strips to stop the stolen car and arrest the teen.
The charges haven't been announced.
