A body may have been left in the Highland Park Reservoir for about a month last year because of a City Hall snafu.
Our Bob Lonsberry reports a technician responsible for overseeing the city's water system was out on health leave for over two months at the time.
The technician discovered remains of Abdullahi Muya in March of last year, on the first day he returned to work.
It's believed Muya climbed a fence and drowned in the reservoir.
A family attorney filed a $42 million suit against the city last December, alleging the city failed to follow federal regulations and secure the property.
