Woman Killed in Crash With Firetruck in Rochester

There's no word yet on the name of the woman killed in a crash on Rochester's north side.

Police say a driver ran a red light and hit a firetruck with its emergency lights on at around 8:30 yesterday morning at Hudson Avenue and Avenue D.

The 35-year-old woman driving the car died at the hospital.

A 32-year-old man riding with her was sent to the hospital, but is expected to recover.
