The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says it's investigating an apparent murder-suicide after finding a man and a woman dead inside a home on Wyffels Road last week.
Sheriff David Cirencione says deputies were called Thursday to the home after a delivery driver reported previously delivered packages were left outside.
Deputies found the doors locked and the homeowner's cars parked outside.
On forcing their way into the home, they found the bodies of 82-year-old Priscilla Herbik and 81-year-old Christian Herbik.
A shotgun was found next to them.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office has concluded that Priscilla Herbik's death was a homicide, and Christian Harbik's death was a suicide.
There were no signs of a struggle.
