Rochester Man Charged in Drug Ring

Federal prosecutors say a Rochester man has been charged by a Grand Jury with narcotics conspiracy.

38-year-old Quentin Yancey, also known as "Q," conspired with others to sell fentanyl and heroin in the Rochester area.

One of the other men involved, Joseph Zaso, has already been tried and convicted, and is awaiting sentencing.

Yancey was caught by an investigation involving the DEA and Chautauqua County officials. The drug dealing took place in Jamestown in Western New York.

Yancey has been arraigned and is being held.
