A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a Rochester man on charges he concealed a death and tampered with evidence.
Kwame Wearen was arrested last September, and it's not immediately clear why it took a year to indict him.
The body of Lily Rodriguez was found in July of last year.
Police say she had met up with Wearen a day earlier on Monroe Avenue and drove with him to Wearen's home, where she later died.
Police said Wearen drove her body to Durkin Alley, off Lyell Avenue, and left it there.
