Woman Arrested in Fatal Rochester Hit-and-Run

Rochester police have arrested a woman in connection with a deadly crash two weeks ago that killed a pedestrian.

Forty-three-year-old Robin Graham is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident, aggravated driving without a license, and traffic violations.

Police say her car hit another car near Dewey and Driving Park avenues, and that second car went off the road and hit 36-year-old Lafayama Chapman.

Police say Graham drove off, while the second driver stayed at the scene and was charged with drunken driving.
