Rochester police have made an arrest in a homicide outside a West Ridge Road bar.
They say 33-year-old Jose Acevedo gunned down 29-year-old Sean Semprie outside Black Bear Pub in November 2021.
A grand jury has handed up an indictment against Acevedo on 2nd-degree murder and two gun crimes.
Acevedo is already serving 5 years in prison on an unrelated weapons possession charge.
Police don't have a motive for the shooting.
Acevedo is due back in court on March 27th.
