A Genesee County man has entered a guilty plea in a crash that killed a 10-year-old boy in Erie County last month.
35-year-old Nicholas Rich of Darien pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide.
Prosecutors say Rich was drunk when his vehicle slammed into another in Lancaster.
The crash killed 10-year-old Levi Zielonka of Batavia.
Rich faces up to 25 years in prison when he's sentenced in January.
