A limo owner will be sentenced today for his role in the fatal Schoharie crash.
Nauman Hussain was convicted yesterday afternoon on 20 counts of 2nd-degree manslaughter, one for each victim of the 2018 crash.
Prosecutors said Hussain didn't do enough to make sure the vehicle was properly maintained before the tragedy.
But, his lawyer says that an auto shop didn't do the repairs Hussain requested and that he wasn't aware the limo wasn't safe
