A Rochester man was sentenced today 23 years in prison for a Halloween 2021 homicide.
37-year-old Lance Bullard pleaded guilty last month to second-degree murder and weapons charges.
Police say Bullard gunned down 31-year-old David Yaw at Dewey and Knickerbocker Avenues, following some sort of argument.
Bullard was arrested in Ohio less than two weeks after the shooting.
