The two candidates for governor are touting their endorsements from law enforcement organizations.
Incumbent Governor Kathy Hochul was endorsed yesterday by the Police Benevolent Association of New York State. It represents about 1,200 officers from the SUNY police, DEC police and state park police.
Republican Lee Zeldin was endorsed by the Police Conference of New York, which represents officers in counties, towns and villages.
