New York businesses are having the second-easiest time hiring workers in the country.
That's according to a WalletHub survey --measuring the percentage of job openings in the past month as well as the past 12 months.
New York's job openings came in at 5.5% for July, and 5.9% for the past year.
The July figure is lower than every other state except Washington, and the yearly rate is second only to D.C.
