A Rochester man has been indicted in a homicide from earlier this month.
Police say 30-year-old Treyshon Pittman gunned down 35-year-old DeAnthony Rodgers during an altercation in front of a food cart at Monroe Ave. and Goodman St. on July 3rd.
Pittman was shot by someone else during the fight, and was later released from the hospital.
He now faces 2nd-degree murder, 3 weapons charges, and reckless endangerment.
