Buffalo Supermarket Shooter Indicted by Federal Grand Jury

A federal grand jury has handed up a 27-count indictment against the alleged Buffalo supermarket shooter.

19-year-old Payton Gendron faces 14 federal hate crime counts, along with 13 weapons offenses.

Gendron is accused of gunning down 10 African-Americans in a racist shooting spree at a Tops supermarket back in May.

Three others were also wounded in the attack.
