PAB Says it Received 50 Police Conduct Complaints Since Last Week

Rochester's Police Accountability Board says it received 50 complaints about police conduct since it began taking reports last week.

The PAB says most reports are coming in by phone or online.

One of those complaints reportedly came from Anthony Hall, the head of Rochester's Pathways to Peace program. He was arrested after police say he repeatedly crossed a police line at a parking lot where a man had been shot .

Hall denies he refused to leave the area, and claims an officer knocked food from his hands, slammed him against a police car and handcuffed him.

Hall is charged with obstructing governmental administration.
