Rochester City Employee Charged After Allegedly Entering Crime Scene

A City of Rochester employee is facing criminal charges for allegedly entering a crime scene.

Police say 36-year-old Anthony Hall repeatedly tried to slip by officers who had taped off a portion of a North Street parking lot where a man was shot last weekend.

Hall is charged with obstructing governmental administration and has a July 5th court date.

Hall has reportedly filed a complaint about the officer's conduct.

Police are conducting an internal investigation.

Hall heads the city's Pathways to Peace program and is a former candidate for City Council and the city school board.
