Cuomo Wants Albany County Sheriff's Department Investigated

The attorney for former Governor Cuomo is calling for State Police and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office to open an investigation into the Albany County Sheriff's Department.

In a letter, lawyer Rita Glavin claims that someone in the sheriff's office unlawfully gave information to The New York Post after Cuomo was accused of forcibly touching a woman.

The charge was later dropped after the Albany County D-A's Office said it wouldn't prosecute the complaint.
